VAT DYED CVC RIPSTOP FABRIC 220GSM

The dyed poly cotton ripstop Fabric CVC 20x16 100x56 57/8" 210gsm is an ideal ripstop fabric for training uniforms and military uniform etc. it is well manufactured in our fabric with high quality and big quantity.  Also we use it to make administrators garments of some big company. This ripstops feels more like cotton fabric because cotton is the main material of this fabric. Garments made from such ripstop fabric will be comfortable and durable. it has superior strength to anti breaking and anti tearing because we put 3 or 3 parallel threads to make ripstop effect in both warp and weft.

The yarns of our CVC ripstop fabric we adopting are brand-new cotton material comes from Xinjiang Cotton Base. We use air-jet looms to weave ripstop fabric in order to keep a firmed high quality level.  We make dyeing ripstop fabric with continuous dyeing producing line to make every color almost in a same col-tone which is suitable for uniform making, especially for large quantity of a color. From this point our ripstop fabric will be much better than overflow dyeing.  All dyestuff are environmental dyes, Mostly we used vat dyes for uniform fabric.
