280GSM CVC DYEING PARALLEL FABRIC 16+16*12+12

The dyed CVC canvas Fabric 60% Cotton 40% Poly 16+16x12+12 108x56 58/60"  280gsm is a plain weaving with 2 parallel threads, the finished effect looks more like canvas fabric, so some clients also call it as canvas fabric.  Fabric after our continuous dyeing can be used for leisure wears, popular like men's long pants. in some area, it can be used for uniforms and work-wears in Autumn and Winter seasons. The main material is cotton, so garments will be comfortable and straight.  


The yarns of the dyed parallel fabric we adopting are brand-new poly material and cotton material comes from Xinjiang Cotton Base. We use air-jet looms to weave poplin fabric in order to keep a firmed high quality level.  We make dyeing canvas fabric with continuous dyeing producing line to make every color almost in a same col-tone which is suitable for uniform making, especially for large quantity of a color. From this point our canvas fabric will be much better than overflow dyeing.  All dyestuff we are useing are environmental dyes.

We supply CVC 16+16x12+12 108x56 58/9" Parallel fabric 280gsm , Both RS fabric and OE fabric are available. 

We supply this item in different composition, such like  CVC60/40%, CVC55/45% .

 

Our normal MOQ is 3000m per col, we also accept small quanTity order more than 1000m of one color with some additional charges.  We can make special weaving for client's special constructions.
