HIGH QUALITY DYEING 100 COTTON TWILL FABRIC 20*20
Our dyeing cotton twill fabric is adopting 100% ring spun cotton
yarn. It is carded but in high quality. Our fabric is exported for work-wear
use. we supply both 20S twill and 21S twill fabric for different markets. The
weight of 20S is 200gsm+/-5g, and 21s twill fabric is 190gsm+/-5g. All
fabric are processed with vat dyes by our fasted continuous dyeing
machines in wholly process crafts. which is including mercerizing and
sanforizing. so finished twill fabric will be soft, thick and
comfortable. It is also used for leisure very widely.
The dyed cotton twill fabric is one of our running items which is widely
used for different kind of garments. The fabric is adopting superior cotton
material from Xinjiang and Pakistan. Ring Spun yarn type can supply client an
ideal strength to anti-breaking or anti-tearing. Our continuous
dyeing crafts will keep goods being a better coincidence of one col tone,
especially when one col quantity is large. which is much suitable for uniform
making.
